REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking your Mobile Extreme Gaming party reservation, you will pay for your event in full at time of booking. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events cancelled after payment is received, due to fees incurred by credit card processors for billing. There will be a $75 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received and within 30 days of your scheduled event. NO REFUND in the event of a 2 hour party reservation being canceled within 10 days of your event. Mobile Extreme Gaming will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary, but rescheduling fee may apply depending on timeframe..

** Live gaming is based off a mobile hotspot system, which is dependent on location and ability to connect to system. Some lag or WIFI issues which is not a cause for refunds or discounts.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
Major credit cards accepted through a Secure Online payment gateway provided by Stripe.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
$100 deposit due at time of booking is NON-REFUNDABLE. The Deposit amount goes towards the rental of the MXG bus, and is taken off the total rental cost.  Rentals must be paid in FULL 21 days prior to your event rental. 

DISCOUNTS & SPECIALS
All Discounts or special promotions are one use only and not combinable with any other discounts or promotions. If you are doing the Early Bird Booking this is a discounted price and is not able to be combined with any coupons or promotion codes. 

PRIVACY POLICY
Mobile Extreme Gaming is committed to protecting your privacy. We will use the information that is collected on the site for reservation purposes ONLY. We strive to make your experience with Mobile Extreme Gaming as simple as possible and will make every effort to enhance your overall experience with our company. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Mobile Extreme Gaming is committed to safety and security for our events. We have security cameras on the bus in front and back of the MXG Bus. This is not a public video, this is for the security of the bus and the equipment and bus monitoring. Digital secure video system is for the internal security of MXG Property.

TRAVEL/FUEL SURCHARGE
A fuel surcharge will apply for all locations outside our normal travel zone. $50 for travel outside of 30 Miles out of 60175, and $100 for Travel more than 50 Miles out of 60175.

LOCATION
The customer is required to provide a relatively flat, safe area for the Mobile MXG Bus to park. Street fronts are preferable. Our bus is very long and we will need a minimum of 55 feet of space to park. If you do not have enough space, we recommend that you find an alternative space for the bus to safely park for your event. If the location is deemed unsafe for the customers, players or other guests at time of arrival, Mobile Extreme Gaming will request an alternative location be provided. If an alternative location cannot be found, we will allow the event to be rescheduled, but a $50 fee will be assessed in this event. We will park on driveways only if we can do so safely and there is enough room for the MXG Bus to maneuver into the driveway.

LOCATION LIMITATIONS *
LOCATION LIMITS
Due to Insurance and mobility restrictions for the bus, Some location may be limited, ask about location availability. Call for availability 773-694-4263  Any location that is in our service area that we are unable to bring the bus to, may be for a range of reasons from parking, size limitations, street and fire lane access or outside service area.
You will be refunded if you have already made a reservation and we are unable to provide service to your location.

POWER LIMITATIONS / NEEDS
In some events power can sometimes be an issue, so we may need to plug in the bus to ensure the power to all devices do not have issues. We have our own 100ft. extension cord for these instances, and may need to plug into your location in some instances. The Bus does have its own internal power system but in some cases the drain on power from all devices takes its toll on the system and we need to plug in to keep the bus power stable. If your location does not have power this may cause issues if the bus is in need of additional power.

The Oculus VR Gaming System is available at an additional cost of $100, this is not included in the rental costs/ This must be purchased in advance due to staffing adjustments.

SEVERE/INCLEMENT WEATHER
The Mobile Extreme Gaming was designed for all types of weather conditions. The MXG Bus is insulated, and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather, (lightning, extremely high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow, or ice) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your event and you are aware in advance, (pending or anticipated snowstorm, severe thunderstorm) please notify us to begin the rescheduling process.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN
Although you are welcomed to, Mobile Extreme Gaming does not require a parent to be present inside the bus(*) if children are above the age of 9 yrs old, although one must be available on the grounds if needed. * We will provide a knowledgeable MXG Guide / Driver who will assist your child/children in making sure that their party is the party of the year!

(Parents are required for children under the age of 9, MXG requires a 5/1 ratio of 1 Parent for every 5 children under the age of 9)

ALCOHOL/DRUGS
Alcohol is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or shut-down an event when the consumption of alcohol creates a disturbance. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around Mobile Extreme Gaming’s equipment. Any observed use of illegal drugs/narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately and Law Enforcement being contacted.

SMOKING
Mobile Extreme Gaming does not allow smoking in or around our mobile game MXG Bus. Please keep any smoking activity away from the MXG Bus.

DAMAGE/INJURY
Mobile Extreme Gaming or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the MXG Bus in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Mobile Extreme Gaming reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the bus or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage the client and/or their guests. Mobile Extreme Gaming or their staff will not assume responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK
Mobile Extreme Gaming does not allow any food or drinks into the video game MXG Bus. Please have your guests consume them outside of the bus prior to entering.

PICTURES
While your party is in effect the MXG Guide / Driver might be taking pictures of the party from inside the bus. You will then be able to view these pictures on the Mobile Extreme Gaming Facebook Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want pictures taken and placed on Facebook, there will be an area on your booking page to notify us of that fact.

TIPS
The MXG Guide / Driver is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He or she tutors, inspires, and entertains. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS
Mobile Extreme Gaming will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game MXG Bus without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event there will be an area on your booking page to notify us of that fact. There is a approve “M” Rated games field on the Booking Form.

Booking any party with Mobile Extreme Gaming constitutes your agreement with these policies.
